Nearly 190,000 burial register records are available online, with a mixture of register scans and computerised records. The records cover burials at over 75 cemeteries managed by Angus Council. Maps showing the exact locations of graves and where available digital photographs of headstones will also be provided. These cemeteries include churchyards and cemeteries at locations including the following:

Forfar area: Aberlemno, Airlie, Cortachy (Pipers Hillock), Dunnichen, Eassie, Fern, Glamis, Glen Clova, Glen Isla, Glen Prosen, Guthrie, Inverarity, Kingoldrum, Kinnettles, Kirkden, Kirkinch, Kirriemuir, Lintrathen, Newtyle, Newmonthill, Oathlaw, Rescobie, Ruthven, and Tannadice.

Arbroath area: Arbroath Abbey, Arbroath Eastern, Arbroath Western, Arbirlot, Auchterhouse, Barry, Carmyllie, Fowlis, Friockheim, Kinnell, Liff, Lundie, Monikie, Murroes, Panbride, Shanwell, St Rules Monifieth, St Vigeans, and Tealing.

Montrose area: Brechin Cathedral, Brechin, Careston, Dun, Edzell, Farnell, Inverkeilor, Lochlee, Lower Logie, Lunan, Maryton, Menmuir, Montrose Old, Rosehill, Rossie Island, Sleepyhillock, and Stracathro.

Note : For the purposes of the UK Data Protection Act, the names and addresses of funeral applicants and grave (lair) owners for burials during the last 75 years have been withheld from publication.
