Cemeteries - Fenland District Council
Fenland District Council is situated in the north of Cambridgeshire, and is located next to Norfolk and Lincolnshire.
We have almost 70,000 records available to view from the following cemeteries:
- Chatteris Cemetery - 11,000 records from 1856 to 2014
- Eastwood Cemetery - 6,600 records from 1939 to 2014
- Whittlesey Cemetery - 13,000 records from (these records are divided into the Old part and the New part of the cemetery) 1867 to 2014
- Walsoken Cemetery - 4,000 records from 1883 to 2014
- Wisbech Cemetery *- 17,000 records from 1881 to 2014
- Wisbech St Mary Cemetery - 650 records from 1942 to 2014
- March Cemetery - 8,000 records from 1867 to 2014
- Mount Pleasant Cemetery (Wisbech) - 60 records from 2010 to 2014
* The Wisbech records are divided into Eastern and Western sections of the cemetery, if the grave reference contains an E, this is from the Eastern section, if the grave reference contains a W, this is from the Eastern section. The Western section records also have either an 'a' or a 'b' after the register number.
Note: to comply with UK data protection and GDPR, addresses of the deceased are masked in burial register scans for the last 15 years.
